Bhakti Depala is the Head of the City Development and Investment Unit, promoting the City of London as the place to develop and invest. She leads on engagement with developers, property investors, supports small and medium sized business and other key stakeholders to delivery the optimum environment to for businesses to invest and flourish both in terms of the physical environment and business ecosystems.
 
She is responsible for the delivery of five Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and providing a single point of contact service to ensure an integrated approach to planning and development including oversight of the Planning Delivery and Planning Obligations team.
