Ben joined General Projects in 2020 with over ten years’ experience in major commercial regeneration schemes. He is currently leading large-scale workspace projects including the reinvention of the former Woolworths HQ on Marylebone Road, the refurbishment and reimagination of the Heal’s building in London, and the development of a 200,000 sq ft city centre campus for creative businesses in Manchester. He is skilled in navigating the complexities around repurposing complicated assets into purposeful, sustainable workplace which prioritise user experience. With a postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from UCL, Ben is also passionate about design, brand and creating genuine and authentic spaces.
