Over his 30+year career, Ben has held leadership roles with several large, multi-national engineering consultancies. He has worked across a broad range of sectors including renewables energy, nuclear power, defence, aerospace, retail construction and rail. 

Over the last 5 years he has focussed on digital transformation of the AEC sector. In his current role with Mott MacDonald, he leads on technology foresight (identifying emerging technologies and their potential impact on the AEC sector), technology partnering (developing partnerships with technology companies who can provide access to emerging technologies), and innovation (creating value by combining Mott MacDonald domain knowledge with emerging technology from partners).
