Currently Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at BAM Group, Alice has 9 years change-management experience working on her passion to create ‘better business as usual’. With a Masters in Behavioural Science, her work spans cultural change and inclusion to build a better workplace for everyone. In 2022 she was nominated as Equality Diversity and Inclusion Lead of the Year by Inclusive Companies. Currently based in the Netherlands, Alice is collaborating with colleagues across the BAM group to bring this vision to life. 

Outside of work, Alice is best kept in water – whether swimming in lakes, the local river or sea – usually with her two Labradors.
