Alexander Buck
Alexander Buck is a Sustainability Specialist and Certified Passivhaus Designer at Buckley Gray Yeoman Ltd. He has a deep commitment to regenerative design and construction, with the goal of reducing the UK's built environment climate footprint by integrating environmental strategies into well-designed, people-centric spaces.
With a decade of experience in the built environment, he has led teams across all RIBA stages on projects ranging from smaller conservation efforts, such as Bedford Row, to large-scale commercial retrofits, including 2 Gresham Street, 206 Marylebone Road, and Broadgate Tower.
Alexander champions circular economy principles, material passports, and existing fabric thermal upgrades to minimize operational and embodied carbon in buildings. Outside of work, he takes an active interest in the green construction sector, participating in industry talks, conferences, and networks to promote the transition to net zero.
