Adrian is a director at WSP working as part of the global digital team where he manages the global digital program, connecting 65K+ employees across the world. He is also a member of WSP’s Net Zero Steering Group, and Modern Methods of Construction Leadership Group.  His previous experience includes working at senior levels in Digital Transformation, Knowledge Management, Innovation, and Human Resources. In addition Adrian has past project experience across transport, education, property and mobile telecoms sectors, including most recently as Head of Digital for the SMP Alliance. His focus is on supporting organisations and people in implementing both incremental and transformational change in order to create new value and opportunities from digital technologies and practices.
