Adam is a proven leader who brings passion for challenging ways of working and leaving a lasting legacy in the industry.  He has re-built the pipeline for growth of Costain, worked on major complex digital transformation programmes and built businesses from ideas to delivering multi-million-pound returns.

Adam is currently the Rail Sector Director meaning he has strategy, client, delivery and operational responsibility for a rapidly growing part of Costain.  Alongside this he is responsible for all Costain’s work with Government and runs the central Growth team who develop the winning bids and tendering solutions for the future success of the business.  Adam is passionate about innovation, has a background in data however is challenging the industry to actually embrace new ways of working instead of using digital to put sticking plasters over bad practise.
