Mace has been selected to deliver the redevelopment of Stonecutter Court 🏢
The building's design incorporates health and wellness features throughout its design, with flexible spaces that have been designed to support a hybrid workforce.
It will feature a 13-story office scheme with state-of-the-art energy conservation methods, including enhanced insulation and 2,700 square feet of solar panels. The building will also feature four roof terraces, with courtyard space that is being re-purposed for public access.
Completion is due 2024.
