The proposed development in the City of London is set to receive approval.

Developers British Land, wants to demolish and replace two buildings at the 2 and 3 Finsbury Avenue site.

The new 'vertical campus' consists of a large 12-storey podium supporting a 37-storey East Tower and a 20-storey West Tower.

The mixed-use development will feature 85,000 sq metres of office-space and 15,000 sq metres of retail and bar space.

Sir Robert McAlpine is expected to be the main Contractor.
