Meridian 4 and Meridian 3 are the next two land parcels that will be brought to the market. Meridian 4 is a mixed use, residential led development opportunity and the heart of Meridian Water with outline planning. The Council will be looking for a development partner to bring this site forward.
Meridian 3 is a student accommodation/co-living opportunity also with outline planning. The Council will be looking for a development partner to bring this site forward in 2025.
About Meridian Water
Meridian Water is a culturally significant regeneration led by Enfield Council. Located in Edmonton, in the south of Enfield, 82 hectares of former industrial, brownfield land are being transformed into vibrant neighbourhoods set within generous natural green spaces and waterways. Served by its own train station, Meridian Water supports the Council’s ambitious plans for good growth. As Master Developer, Enfield Council has secured £195m infrastructure funding on top of the £400m already invested by the Council.
Investment into Meridian Water will continue over the next 25 years which will deliver 10,000 homes and create 6,000 jobs in distinct neighbourhoods featuring new parks, community and lifestyle facilities whilst fostering economic growth, environmental sustainability and social value.
