WISH is a supportive networking community for women in the UK housing sector, championing positive outcomes for all, regardless of role or experience. Membership is available for individuals or organisations.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), WISH is managed by a Main Board of Directors and a dedicated team, with each region run by a volunteer Board. These boards support members by organising informative, inspirational, and entertaining events.

Members enjoy FREE access to core national events, online webinars, and regional events on topics such as confidence building, personal development, diversity and inclusion, female health, and housing sector issues.

With 10 regions across the UK and over 500 members, WISH provides opportunities to network in a friendly, safe, and relaxed atmosphere. Our events help members build meaningful relationships, share experiences, and gain new perspectives.
