 WIA UK curates the panel “CREATE – SPACE: Workspaces that provide a physical and social environment build on inclusiveness and equity through the generation of policies’’ addressing the following aspects:

• Maternity Leave

• Paternity Leave

• Return to work

• Inclusive Design

• Menopause

• Mental Health 

The objective of the panel is to learn from the experience of practitioners and institutions representatives, about the creation, implementation and evaluation of policies that have been are contributing to improve the construction industry work/ life balance.
