WORKSHOP: Beyond Gut Feelings – Tools for Effective Decision Making with ASFP

The Grenfell Tower Inquiry’s Phase 2 report highlighted how numerous stakeholders made poor decisions.  This session will explore 5 key aspects of effective decision making and set out the key aspects of a decision-making framework.  Hosted by Andrea White, the audience will hear thoughts from Jan Morris’ based on her vast experience coaching and mentoring others in the Fire & Rescue Service.  And Daniel Pyett will provide some insightful anecdotes about both good and bad practice he’s witnessed.
